Since Pacific Coast Building Products start in 1953 as a single lumberyard,
the company has expanded to cover the Western United States with facilities that
manufacture and distribute a wide variety of materials to residential,
commercial and industrial construction markets.
In 2004, Pacific Coast Building Products' concrete company: Baselite, bought Ocean Concrete Products of British Columbia, Canada. Baselite manufacturers a wide range of concrete masonry products including it's: 'Keystone' retaining wall systems.
In agreement with Checkmate Geosynthetics, Baselite will now bundle and distribute Checkmate RigidGrid and FlexGrid with it's Keystone retaining wall systems in Canada.
The agreement with Baselite and it's parent company, Pacific Coast Building Products, opens up markets in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Nevada,
Idaho and Colorado for its FlexGrid product line.
